Hi, I need a small free 3D mesh editor for W2k. I don''t want to learn 3D studio or Maya. I''m a programmer and just want to test my 3D engine. Mody Mody at email dot cz

3D studio needs no real learning

You could try Milkshape, it''s very good at low poly count models for the likes of Quake and such. try it here
Thanks. I just found it yesterday.

MilkShape is no easy to use ...

It''s a lot harder cuz the interface is stoopid and slow, selecting a vertex behind an other is hard without moving the front one.

MilkShape : I downloaded it, I tried it, I trashed it...

Do You know other free/shareware 3D editor? Maybe it''s "stoopid" for You, but others can use it well.

By far the most intuitive interface I have ever used.

After you make a mesh, how do you import it into your program to display it?
