Now, who do we contact RE: new news, new downloads, and new tutorials that will would like to contribute to Ne He?

I would suspect that since NeHe's site has been aquired by GameDev then contacting a member of staff would be the best course of action. I don't remember seeing any particular person being in charge of NeHe Productions so I would just choose any one really.

You can currently submit new tutorials to the writers@gamedev.net email address. I'm not sure about news and downloads.
