lesson 6 & 7 bit map loader

Hey just wanted to let people know the bitmap loader in lesson 6 and 7 is busted, I was able to get those tutorials working by using the bitmap loader from lesson 8. I tested it using the C++ Linux version of the script to achieve the working result.
