The best thing you can do is to join a team or start a team.

Sounds like you have some skills, but don't have a portfolio.

Career is a long term term, it suggests a track record of doing the same thing, or being in the same field. Those don't come quick. A job on the other hand is simply one opportunity to do the responsibilities laid out.

Given the information you provided, starting or joining a hobby team should be good for you. A way to get experience, while testing out the field.

If you have lots of ideas, are you writing them down in an organize manner?

If you have an idea for a game, than make it yourself.

offer rev share and look for talent.

If your brother is doing the same course you did, than team up with him to make a game.

Careers are built not handed out.
