So,
I've been struggling with my role for a while now, and recently we did a job description thing for everyone in leadership.
I'm constantly told by the others that I'm technically not a producer. And Calling myself that makes me look bad, and complicates things. My role has evolved some since my last project, before we were a company. Before, we were just a mod, and I was directly overseeing management, PR, HR and writing
I'm trying to figure out if there is a place or job title in game dev that I'd specifically fill.
