Hello.

I am new to game developing and i want to create a game, but i have to find answers to certain questions first.

I am going to hire programmers and graphic designer in order to develop a game as i do not know programming languages. I want to make game with fancy graphics and movement animations, but first i have question:

Should i order graphic design first or should i do it after programmer will do his job?

Game development is a team challenge unless you are an all-round person doing everything on your own. This means you have to bring different roles together to have them work as a team from the beginning!
