Matali Physics 5.3 Released

We are pleased to announce the release of Matali Physics 5.3.

Version 5.3 introduces:

  • Support for for tvOS 11 and higher. The latest version of the engine allows users to create advanced, physics-based, high-performance, Metal-based games for Apple TV (4th generation and higher);
  • Matali Sound 4.0 add-on. The latest sound module brings comprehensive support for Core Audio API, completely replacing existing support for OpenAL API on macOS, iOS and iPadOS. Core Audio API is also fully supported by Matali Sound 4.0 on tvOS;
  • Other improvements and fixes which complete list is available on the History webpage.

What is Matali Physics?

Matali Physics is an advanced, multi-platform, high-performance 3d physics engine intended for games, virtual reality and physics-based simulations. Matali Physics with add-ons forms physics environment which provides complex physical simulation and physics-based modeling of objects both real and imagined.
